Found mold in both my bedrooms. Landlord just wiped it off and painted over the mold despite being told by a mold inspector to tear the walls and ceilings out to inspect and remediate. I learned that the previous tenant moved out because of mold and other units have mold too. Landlord offered to pay for movers and accommodations and then reneged and stuck me with the bill. Landlord also threatened a defamation lawsuit for talking about the mold with my neighbors.
